Exactly! The beauty of opensource is:
- open to DIY do-it-yourself ((RTFM - read the friendly manual ;^), Forums,
etc...)
- open to get paid help and/or support services.

The Sympa Team has done an outstanding job in this space for the past +20
years. Thank you!

This is FAR from the only open-source project I am familiar with, in which
the free community support resources (lists, forums, whatever) ALSO contain
information on where to find paid support if you have a more complex problem
such as a specific deployment requiring expert customization. It's normal.
This is part of how the open source ecosystem *works*.
