This is FAR from the only open-source project I am familiar with, in 
which the free community support resources (lists, forums, whatever) 
ALSO contain information on where to find paid support if you have a 
more complex problem such as a specific deployment requiring expert 
customization.  It's normal.  This is part of how the open source 
ecosystem *works*.
