I understood you are using Postfix as the MTA and decided to choose “virtual 
domain setting”.

According to the log below, your setting has to be corrected. In main.cf,

| virtual_mailbox_domains =
|   /etc/sympa/transport.sympa

should be

| virtual_mailbox_domains =
|   hash:/etc/sympa/transport.sympa

(After correcting this line, you may have to run postmap again.)

Anyways you’d be better to check your setting again.
