I don't see your problem? Server has several IPs, one for each virtual
host. Each virtual host has a dedicated name, each name has its ssl cert.

Each virtual host (I'm using apache) has an entry "ScriptAlias /sympa
/opt/sympa/bin/wwsympa.fcgi"

The sample robot-conf starts like this:
## This is a sample config file for a Virtual Robot in Sympa

## This hostname will be compared with 'SERVER_NAME' ENV var in wwsympa.fcgi
## To deduce which Virtual Robot is being queried
http_host VirtualHostName

Basically it is SO simple that I just don't know how to explain the
setup as long as you don't ask more specific questions. ;-)
