The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi!

I went along and created a patch for this feature. It work well for
me. :-) It adds additional option to the mailing list "personalize
recipient" and then it sets To field for each recipient.

Patch is against 6.1.7 because this is what I am using. It is a simple
patch so it could probably be ported to latest version easily.
