So basically no MTA that currently exists does implement sieve the way
you want it to be used. So every MTA has to be extended/modified, to
comply with your sieve-idea. So please just drop that idea, which would
only provide a static layer to a highly dynamical process...
You just can't decide wheter sympa would accept a message without
actually presenting the message to sympa and ask it. That's just nothing
you can do with sieve. Unless you extend it.

You can either talk to me and ask me if it would be possible to
configure blacklisting or greylisting on my gateway (which you can't do
yourself, since you only see my IP when receiving messages) or you
search for a different provider.
