Thanks! So now I have a new scenari file in /etc/sympa/scenari/ (under
my local Sympa "etcdir") called "send.privateoreditorkeyquiet". With
the contents:

title.gettext Private, silently moderated for non subscribers

is_subscriber([listname],[sender]) smtp,smime,md5 -> do_it
is_editor([listname],[sender]) smtp,smime,md5 -> do_it
true() smtp,smime,md5 -> editorkey,quiet

This is doing what I want --- editor gets the "Article to be approved"
message and NO "Message diffusion" mail is send to the sender, perfect!

Thanks,

Warren.
