Hello,
For the sake of completeness, it is worth to mention, that a reason for the blacklisting are the bounces sent by ML-software.

I personally don't care how exactly the bounces are reduced, as far as this is done, preferably in a standard way.

The idea of using sieve-filters is not universal, however it makes sympa compatible with any MTA that is sieve-compatible. Yes, usually sieve is applied during the LMTP dialogue, however this does not have to be the case -- putting Sieve (as smtp-milter) on the right place will produce smtp-rejects (cause the sendmail filter acts -before- closing the connection).

With "not universal", I mean it cannot be checked, e.g. the validy of included certificate in a e-mail, but there are many cases, when it can be smtp-sieve-foreseen, that a mail will be definitely rejected by sympa. And this are the cases, leading to blacklisting )I guess, the real spam does not include [invalid] certificates).

As I said, I don't care how will this idea come true, as far there is a way to smtp-reject undeliverable messages. Just to add, that 'sympa.pl --test_authorization' shall return the same error message (to be added in the smtp-dialogue), that would be included in its bounce.

Greetings,
Дилян
