The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

As spamcop just blacklisted us it became very urgent to do something so I 
dived into the Sympa source code, and I found out that you can use 
reject,quiet in authorization scenarios and it really doesn't send response 
to the user. Please Sympa developers update the docs with this possibility 
and maybe add a comment that this can be useful in similar cases.
Now we will see if this helps.
