Those settings look correct, but it sounds like the change did not take 
effect... maybe this is too obvious, but did you restart all Sympa 
processes (specifically sympa_msg.pl) after editing robot.conf?

Yes, there is a poorly documented feature (or maybe undocumented? I have 
not been able to find it), using a file named "message_global_footer", 
in either the system-wide default configuration directory or the 
configuration directory for any virtual domain (which will override the 
default). I believe the syntax and available variables are the same as 
in "message_footer", and it will be added to every list, after any other 
list-specific message_footer that you have defined.
