Among the configuration files of Sympa, the handling of auth.conf
is inconsistent: The auth.conf directly under $SYSCONFDIR is
available only for the primary domain (the domain specified by
"domain" parameter in sympa.conf).

I agree with you that $SYSCONFDIR/auth.conf should work as a
fallback configuration for all the virtual domains, as the other
configuration files do.
