Hi Soji,

A screenshot is attached. For some reason the -request address sometimes gets cached which causes people to email -request alias instead of the actual list. But when I look at the headers the -request address is in the sender field not the from field. I’m on outlook 2020 client, but I’ve seen this issue happen on every client we support including mac mail.

Thanks

Youcef

Hey All,

Is there a way to disable the “-request” alias. When an email gets sent through the list the from address shows address@concealed. I’d like it to show address@concealed if possible.

Can you show us what you see, such as screen shots in which “the from address shows address@concealed”?  Additionally, please tell us the name and version of mail client you are using.

Thanks.

Thanks

Youcef
