The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm trying to import my first list's archives.

There are a total of 54 messages, spread across 27 months.

I'm using:

- mbox2sympa.pl to convert the mbox files -- the output is a set of 
log.* files, each an RFC954 digest with a month's posts.
- arc2mharc.pl to convert those files -- it claims to find 27 messages 
(NOT the full number, but each file seems to be a message), and nothing 
actually gets converted.

Debugging assistance?
