The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm pretty sure the "2" in the name means "to" and the migration source is Majordomo 1.9x -- it relies on files and configuration settings that don't exist in Mj2.

- mbox2sympa.pl to convert the mbox files -- the output is a set of log.* files, each an RFC954 digest with a month's posts.
- arc2mharc.pl to convert those files -- it claims to find 27 messages (NOT the full number, but each file seems to be a message), and nothing actually gets converted.

Debugging assistance?
