The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Using Sympa 5.3.4 under RedHat Enterprise Linux 5

I am attempting to access an attachment (eg. MS word or RTF document) when
moderating a message. The wwsympa URL to access the attachment appears to not
reference the decoded document. For example:
http://listserver.nla.gov.au/wws/viewmod/bss-test/53f043e33c3f57deeb71c2de5ffd700e/msg00000/Test_word_document.doc

I have verified that the directory path under the moderation spool directory
exists together with the document attachment.

Access to attachments in archived messages is successful. The same
owner/permissions of the moderation and archive directories are used.
 
Any suggestions please?
