The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

That´s the point: there is no listmaster in my database. There´s only one 
user: 
the one I entered manually into the database.
He´s called 'testuser'. So I can login as 'testuser' and I can create a new 
list. But how do
I validate it, since validation is to come from the listmaster...
Who is the listmaster? Where is he and his password defined? How does he 
validate lists?
