Some news letter use to distribute multipart/related document
which is a nice way to send both text and images.

Next message from me will be that kind of format so anyone can
have a look to the MIME structure. 

multipart/related can be one of multipart/alternative part.
Sympa known multipart/related so if some subscriber choose the
"html" reception mode (he prefer to receive the html alternative
of message), he will  receive the multipart/related alternative.
