The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Greetings!

I have configured Sympa using the RPMs from the installation page on RedHat 
6.1.

I am using Qmail 1.03 + patches 8 by Bruce Guenter.

The program seems to be working great.  The logging works, the subscribing, 
and unsubscribing work fine....

I have it set to archive as well and that even works.

But, when I send a message to the list, it doesn't get emailed to all of 
the other users on the list.  Only gets logged to the archive.  I have 
included my base list config below, and the privs of my spool directory.

Any help or where to go for help would be much appreciated....I am still 
learning and just don't know where to look.
