It depends on meaning of “consensus”, but I don’t think it is agreed that 
meeting will be periodical, still less weekly.

We’d be better to start off taking meeting once, and consider the next.


Time: I’m convenient with 7 am UTC (4 pm JST) and after on Friday.  The last 
train runs around 2 pm UTC (11 pm JST).

Exception: On (usually 3rd) Friday, I have to attend general meeting on my 
company and it ends at 9 am UTC (6 pm JST).

I personally plan to run MeetBot.
