Folks,


As I'm the first one to bring it up, I propose IRC meeting.

  * It's CPC (clinicopathological conference) on GitHub issues.

    Participants are (although not forced) recommended to look over
    the specified issue items in advance.

  * Meeting is open at 07:30 UTC on any Friday.

      * Note that the date _has not_ been fixed now.


Below is a draft of recommendations for IRC meeting.
As noted at the end, please give comments and suggstions in earlier.

Recommendations for IRC meeting

  * Speak shortly

    Many people are bad at doing it (me too).  We prefer to rather
    arguing opinion of ourselves than hearing others'.
    We should spare time for our foe(s), however it is not easy.
    That's why this recommendation is put at first.

    If you have a lot to speak, you would be better to discuss
    at issue tracker or mailing list in advance.

  * No vote

    Descision by consensus is not a special case of majority vote.
    It cannot be replaced by vote, and more difficult.

    Nevertheless, even less serious straw poll may occur trolling
    ([example](https://git.io/vxLLV)), vote is undoubtfully harmful
    for us.  Vote divides us into irresponsible majority and
    discontent minority.

  * Evidence with code

    We gathered to develop a particular software Sympa, a set of
    source codes.  Therefore, if you have an idea, it should be
    proven by source code readable by the others.

    Style does not matter: PR, gist or other pastebin etc.
    It is desirable that such source code (merely fragment) will be
    applicable to Sympa.

There are no written recommendations nor regulations about IRC
meeting except above.
