That is a very good idea as well - in order to test all components
together.

However, each component has its own repository with a test suite.
This could be tested with Travis CI for example, and also the
code coverage could be checked for every commit + PR.

We can do the latter with small effort for the integration. Of course
more effort is needed for writing the tests :-).
