Yes I got these lines in /etc/sympa/scenari/include.send.header

in this folder I’ve got these files (whitelist.pm and not allowlist.pm)

-rw-r--r-- 1 sympa sympa 2333 Aug 26 11:10 modlist.pm
-rw-r--r-- 1 sympa sympa 2337 Aug 26 11:11 whitelist.pm

I’ve made a test renaming the file whitelist.pm -> allowlist.pm , restart 
sympa but whitelist plug-in still not working

And I got the same permissions for these files
