Running ss -tanp | grep smtp yields no results.

For access db, I get:

$ cat access

Connect:localhost.localdomain           RELAY

Connect:localhost                       RELAY

Connect:127.0.0.1                       RELAY

My machine has two private IP addresses. One was the original IP set up before I needed the public IP. The second private IP is tied to the public IP.

But localhost/127.0.0.1 should work for any address, no?

My sendmail conf says:

# SMTP daemon options

O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA
