To complete Racke's answer: Sympa works well with other softwares.

I use Apache, Postfix and MySQL and have no problem running Sympa. So 
it's basically your choice: use the one you know more.

HOWEVER: make sure to use one that is documented already in Sympa 
documentation. It will make installation from scratch way easier.
