I started the old VM (6.1.17) in a test environment to see what is
ifferent in the logs when a moderated message is posted. This is the
part which is missing in my new setup.

Anyone know why the "Commands::parse()" is being skipped? It seems that
this step is being ignored (in 6.1.24).
