Hi;

Have you tried running these:

    sympa.pl --reload_list_config

    sympa.pl --health_check

Next, check your authorisation scenario.  Possibly, you originally modified the defaults rather than overriding (naughty) and they were overwritten during an upgrade, so now your user does not have access to view the lists in the web interface?  If the lists are in the database correctly, then this seems the most likely.

Also check the access permissions on the directories holding the list configs, and make sure that nobody has switched selinux on (unless you previous took the time to configure it properly)
