The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Dear Sympa users

on an installation of Sympa 6.2.9, virtual domains, there is a message 
stuck in /home/sympa/spool/auth

I don't realize why it's there due to the fact that the ML is a public 
one; I attached sympa log file down;

Is there a way to release this mail?
