Yes, i forget to say: my MTA can handle such size of messages, i increased limits too.

I don't see any logged INSERT query, not info log, nor slow log. I will be happy if i see it (it give me some information for investigation) but don't. Just "silence" from sympa in mysql log, and "MySQL server has gone away" in sympa log. I try to set sympa's debug level to maximum, but it doesn't helped me too.
