The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I found old ticket

but didn't understood how to login into bugtracker for asking my qustion
there. We have repository version of sympa and other (debian 7):

Debian GNU/Linux 7.9 (wheezy)
perl v5.14.2
libdbd-mysql-perl 4.021-1
MySQL 5.5.47
Sympa 6.1.11



and stucking with such error:

This error appears then we try to distribute mail with big attachment (>
25mb). I try to increase "max_size", "bulk_...options" in "sympa.conf",
"options..._timeout", "max_allowed_packet" in "my.cnf", but nothing works.
