I don't think that a 'list owners' list should be defined by Sympa intrinsically or out of the box, as many people may not want it, or may want it to have a different name, or may want differing posting rules and so on.

However, having Sympa come with a predefined data source definition file called (eg) owners.incl that contains the necessary definitions seems a very good idea.  Then, users can define their own list and simply include this for a subscriber datasource (since 6.2 allows the use of .incl datasources of course).  I don't know if the database credentials are available to the TT2 (I expect not as it would be a security risk) but it could be initially configured at the same time as the sympa.conf is first created.

Indeed, you could predefine datasource definition files for 'all owners', 'all admins', 'all moderators', 'all users', and so on, with an optional parameter for 'ignore nomail'...

Yes, that's a perfectly valid solution!

I think we really should provide such list out of the box.

However, I wonder how we should name it... A lot of people have created such lists since the mong years in Sympa history, so we could see name collisions.
Maybe a parameter with a default to "address@concealed".
