How about a scenario for address@concealed with the line:

is_subscriber("listb",[sender]) smtp,dkim,smime,md5 -> do_it

This will allow listb people to post to whatever list uses this scenario.
This is just a specific use case of is_subscriber([listname],[sender])

Another alternative would be to include the listb subscribers as lista
members
with 'conceal' and 'nomail' using an external datasource, and then permit
list
members to post with the normal scenario...
