The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi List,

 

I’ve an issue sending mails with large files attached. When I send a message toa list with for example a pdf document of 13 Mb, I can see at postfix its size is increased to 18 Mb (why ? It is so much…) so I changed all the limits (postfix and mysql ‘max_allowed_packet’, sympa max_size is 33 Mb) to 20 Mb.

I restarted mysql (version 5.1) to be sure it gets the change for all the connections. But when I tried again I’m getting the same error:

At smtp server maillog I can see the message has a size of approx. 18 Mb:
