The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have installed sympa 6.17 and sympa-httpd with repo ,but I can not open web server :http://ip/sympa ,403 forbidden .My apache  

run with apache ,sympa run with user sympa ,I guess there are problems over there.

But how to fix it?
