That's - again - a very good idea. But changing the aglorithm of the bounce management is unfortunately not on our current schedule. Please fill in a feature request on the tracker. We'll do our best to incorporate it in future developments.

No, that's not possible with the current design.  It would require an additional per-list parameter like "expire_bounce_time" and for the expire_bounce routine to look at that parameter while doing its job, maybe something the Sympa team would be interested in adding...?  but maybe not.
