Hello Alfredo,
If you are using Postfix as your MTA, perhaps that would be the best place to handle this.
These two parameters look promising: http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#default_destination_rate_delay http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#transport_destination_rate_delay
There are probably other ways to accomplish that with Postfix as well.

Hello,
i'm testing Sympa, phplist, mailman and others, and i have an issue to solve: my ISP doesn't allow me to send more than 500 emails/hour, and i have mailing lists of 10.000 users. Is there any "thottle option" in Sympa to configure it for sending for instance 500 mails/hour maximum, queuing the rest for the next hours?
