I'm running sympa 5.4.3 on Centos 4.6 with selinux disabled

I think my configuration is set up correctly:

 1. Apache is configured to run as User apache, Group apache

 2. My ScriptAlias is:

     ScriptAlias /sympa /home/sympa/bin/wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi

 3. The wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi file in the bin dir appears to have been 
correctly
     setuid to sympa:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 sympa sympa 631082 Nov  2 22:58 wwsympa.fcgi
-rwxr-xr-x  1 sympa sympa     86 Nov  2 22:58 wwsympa_sudo_wrapper.pl
-rwsr-sr-x  1 sympa sympa   6022 Nov  2 22:58 wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi

I've noticed that when the message first appears in the spool/msg 
directory, it has
these permissions:

   -rw-------  1 root  mail

Is that correct?
