The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

What helped me narrow down the fact that it was a sendmail
issue was shutting down all of the sympa services and then
sending an email to one of the lists without the sympa services
running.

At that point you should see the message in /home/sympa/spool/msg
waiting to be processed. Looking at the contents of the file there's
one extra line added to the top by the sympa "queue" binary
(X-Sympa-To:) but the rest is the result of sendmail (or in your
case postfix). For me at that point the physical hostname was
already exposed on a few of the header lines so I then knew it
wasn't sympa causing the issue. Hope the info helps.
