Hi,

Well, normally, it's just a warning. You shouldn't have any problems installing Sympa.
It is just telling you that it won't be able to use all the locales distributed with Sympa. I assume you didn't install Japanese or Korean support on your system?
This test doesn't prevent you from installing Sympa. Even if Sympa doesn't find a single supported locale, it can still speak English.

Regards,

Sure!
In the 5.4 version, we introduced the custom attributes, which will automatically customize the subscription form according to the informations you want to gather.

I went there, decided this is very good and tried to upgrade but came to a
grinding halt.

I have two machine that have sympa on it, one is happy compiling it, the
other is not.
Both are FC7 boxen.

I have had "locale" problems (only with sympa) before ... Making gives me the following error:

Checking available locales ...
#############################################################################################################
## IMPORTANT : Sympa is not able to use all supported locales because they
are not properly configured on this server
## Herer is a list of NOT supported locales :
## af_ZA ar_SY br_FR bg_BG ca_ES cs_CZ el_GR et_EE eu_ES fi_FI hu_HU
id_ID it_IT ja_JP ko_KR ml_IN nb_NO nn_NO nl_NL oc_FR pl_PL pt_BR pt_PT ro_RO
ru_RU sv_SE tr_TR vi_VN zh_CN zh_TW
## On Debian you should run the following command : dpkg-reconfigure locales
## On others systems, check /etc/locale.gen or /etc/sysconfig/i18n files
#############################################################################################################

Any ideas?
