The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Activating this feature will modify the web user interface.

For instance, after subscribing to a list, the user will be presented a 
form looking like the one in the "sub_form.png" attached image.

The user can later modify these informations through the subscriber 
options, as showed in the highlighted are of the "sub_options.png" 
attached image.
