Hi,

Reply-To for messages attached to digest is st to the list name.
Reply-To in the digest itself is set to list-request because it doesn't 
make sense to reply to a digest, likely to contain several discussions. 
How is it possible to know to which message(s) people reply? It's just 
like, in a room full of people discussing several different topics, 
somebody would suddenly shout "me to!" aloud without speaking to someone 
in particular.

If people in digest reception mode want to reply to a message, they can 
do it through the web interface, or choose the digest MIME format, with 
which messages are sent as attachments, to which people can answer.

I think it's the list owner's duty to explain this to users.
And forbid digest reception mode if users can't understand it.
