The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

We have an issue where instructors (who are owners of their lists) are 
getting emails saying the bounce rate is 7% (or other percent) for their 
lists.  Is there a way to change the list setup, to just say who is 
bouncing?  We don't allow access to the sympa web page from outside, so 
many of our adjuncts are unable to check who is actually bouncing.
