Hi,
It is not possible to replace bounce rate warning by the bouncers list without code modification. Indeed, this list is not given as argument when listowner_notification.tt2 is parsed for bounce rate warning.
Giving this options would require a code modification. You can ask it through a feature request in our tracker: http://sourcesup.cru.fr/tracker/?atid=170&group_id=23&func=browse
In the meantime, you can lower the rate value of bouncers_level1 ( http://www.sympa.org/wiki/manual/parameters-bounces#bouncers_level1 ) and assign the value "none" or "notify_bouncers" to "action" and "owner" to "notification".
This will send a message (regularly) to the list owner as soon as the bounce rate is reached. The message will be sent regularly, instead of just when a message is sent to the list. This can be bothering.
But you lose the utility of the bounce "warn_rate" parameter.

We have an issue where instructors (who are owners of their lists) are getting emails saying the bounce rate is 7% (or other percent) for their lists. Is there a way to change the list setup, to just say who is bouncing? We don't allow access to the sympa web page from outside, so many of our adjuncts are unable to check who is actually bouncing.
Thanks..
