The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I can't login in the interface. When I put my e-mail address and password
(listmaster in sympa.conf) , I receive the message: 

INTERNAL SERVER ERROR (login) -
ERROR () - Provided password is incorrect  

Can I create a new user manually?  Where I check the users/admin accounts? 

If i check de admin_table is empty, how can i create a user? I still run a
script for create mysql database.
