The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

[<address@concealed>]

I have just discovered this mailing list software and like what I see so far.
My current issue that I am working through is after installing the software, I
am able to get to the web interface, however when I click on the First Login
and enter the email address I am getting the following error message.

I am searching the various documents online but have not been able to solve
this as of yet. Anyone have any ideas?
