Hi,

Your wwsympa.fcgi process is unable to write in the 
/home/sympa/spool/msg/ directory because it is not running as the right 
UID.

You have more than one options to run the wwsympa.fcgi process with the 
right UID ; you should read the related documentation : 
http://www.sympa.org/wiki/manual/web-interface#wwsympa.fcgi_access_permissions

Note that in the next release of Sympa, we'll distribute a C wrapper 
around wwsympa.fcgi that will make installation easier. This is a 
contribution from Marcin Deranek. In the meanwhile, using Sudo is 
problably the best option.
