If you plan to use the next 5.3 sympa release, you can use the new
"custom scenatio conditions" feature. This allows you to use a perl
package of your own to answer the scenario condition. So you won't have
to use you ldap directory to register every lists anyone is able to
subscribe to.
You can do anything perl can do to validate your action : soap requests,
etc...
