We have a pre 5.2 running on our mail server and we don't have such errors.
If it still happens though you rebuilt the web archives, it probably means that you are using a custom bug buggy mhonarc-ressources.tt2 file. Try removing this file to use the default mhonarc-ressources.tt2 that comes with Sympa.

Does anyone have an idea how this can be solved? This is presently a major
obstacle for moving to our new server...
