The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have a user that wants to move his lists over to Sympa but he has  
an unusual request.  He has two files for each list.  One is the  
subscribers and the other is the list of email addresses that are  
allowed to send to the list.  With Sympa 5.0 the first one is easy.   
But how do I handle the second part? (the senders list)
