Ah... tnx Serge.

Touched the file and fixed the ownership. Then it was updated when I
restarted Sympa, and the next time I restarted my templates were not
removed.

BTW: My ~sympa/etc/ directory has owner and group "root". It should
perhaps be "sympa"? What is the correct ownership of directories below
~sympa/ ? I'm unable to find any information about this in the doc, and
I thought that perhaps "make install" of Sympa should fix correct
ownership... If ~sympa/etc/ was owned by "sympa" instead of "root"
"data_structure.version" would be written in the first place, and I
wouldn't have to do this manually.
