The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,
Maybe someone help. I try to upgrade 5.1b to 5.1 and everything seems to be 
OK,
only one thing is wrong. When I try to reply to message in archive I'll get
this in subject:
Re: [Sympa 5] Test 5.1 =?ISO-8859-1?Q?=C5=99e=C5=99icha?=
but it is not ISO-8859-1 but UTF-8. It is possible to change configuration
somewhere, some templates or something?
